Job Description

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and target-oriented Appointment Setter to engage with exisitng and prospective clients and schedule appointments for their Relationship Managers. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, excellent relationship-building abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

Contact prospective clients through company-provided leads, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
Build rapport and establish professional relationships with prospects.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for RMs.
Conduct timely follow-ups to maximize appointment confirmations and attendance.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and appointment status in CRM systems.
Coordinate effectively with RMs and internal teams.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and appointment-setting targets.
Ensure a positive and professional client experience throughout the engagement process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
Influencing and persuasion abilities.
Appointment scheduling and coordination skills.
Strong follow-up and client engagement capabilities.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications

Fresh Graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Experience in appointment setting, customer service, lead generation, sales support, or client servicing is preferred.
Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems will be an added advantage.
Prior exposure to Wealth Management, Financial Services, Insurance, Banking, or related industries will be preferred.
