Role Overview
We are looking for an Appointment Setter who will be the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients. The role involves contacting leads, understanding client requirements, qualifying opportunities, and scheduling appointments for Relationship Managers. Success in this role requires strong communication, consistent follow-ups, and accurate CRM management.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective and existing clients through company-provided leads, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
• Build rapport and establish professional relationships with prospects and clients.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for Relationship Managers.
• Conduct timely follow-ups to maximize appointment confirmations and attendance.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and appointment statuses in CRM.
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers and internal teams.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and appointment-setting targets.
• Maintain lead databases and client information accurately.
• Support business development through proactive client engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Experience in appointment setting, telecalling, customer service, lead generation, sales support, or client servicing preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong relationship-building and persuasion skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and digital communication.
• Effective follow-up and coordination skills.
