Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and target-oriented Appointment Setter to engage with exisitng and prospective clients and schedule appointments for their Relationship Managers. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, excellent relationship-building abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective clients through company-provided leads, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Build rapport and establish professional relationships with prospects.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for RMs.
- Conduct timely follow-ups to maximize appointment confirmations and attendance.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and appointment status in CRM systems.
- Coordinate effectively with RMs and internal teams.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and appointment-setting targets.
- Ensure a positive and professional client experience throughout the engagement process.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Influencing and persuasion abilities.
- Appointment scheduling and coordination skills.
- Strong follow-up and client engagement capabilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Fresh Graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in appointment setting, customer service, lead generation, sales support, or client servicing is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems will be an added advantage.
- Prior exposure to Wealth Management, Financial Services, Insurance, Banking, or related industries will be preferred.

- Number of client interactions conducted.
- Number of qualified appointments scheduled.
- Appointment confirmation and attendance ratio.
- Lead-to-appointment conversion rate.
- Follow-up completion rate.
- Monthly target achievement.
- Accuracy of CRM updates and records maintenance.
