Unit Manager – Investments
Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Unit Manager – Investments to build and develop a network of Mutual Fund Distributor (MFD) partners under the NJ India Invest ecosystem. The role involves partner onboarding, activation, training, business development support, and relationship management to drive sustainable business growth through the partner network.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Recruitment & Network Development
- Identify and engage potential MFD partners, including Insurance Advisors, Chartered Accountants, Financial Consultants, Relationship Managers, and Tax Consultants.
- Present business opportunities available through the NJ India Invest platform.
- Expand and strengthen the MFD partner network.
Partner Onboarding & Activation
- Guide prospective partners through NISM certification and ARN registration processes.
- Support onboarding on NJ systems, tools, and operational processes.
- Assist partners in establishing and activating their business within defined timelines.
Business Development Support
- Support partners in identifying business opportunities and generating investment business.
- Participate in joint meetings and provide business guidance where required.
- Encourage consistent business activity and partner productivity.
Training & Capability Development
- Conduct training sessions on mutual funds, investment solutions, and wealth creation concepts.
- Educate partners on business development, prospect engagement, and relationship management.
- Facilitate continuous learning through NJ tools, resources, and market insights.
Partner Relationship Management
- Maintain regular engagement with partners to support business growth.
- Monitor partner activity, productivity, and performance.
- Provide ongoing guidance, motivation, and business support.

Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in Mutual Funds, Insurance, Banking, Wealth Management, Financial Services, Agency Channel Management, Advisor Development, or Business Development is preferred
- Knowledge of mutual funds and investment products will be preferred.
- NISM certification will be an added advantage.
