
ROLE OVERVIEW
At Pacifique Investments, we are expanding our team in Surat to serve more investors with transparent, compliant, and client-centric services. We seek a Relationship Manager who will build trusted client connections, support client onboarding and documentation by liasoning with the operations team, and help grow our business — all while ensuring regulatory compliance.
As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with individual investors, educating them about mutual fund and other investment products, and supporting their investment journeys. You will be the key point of contact for clients, focused on understanding their investment needs, offering suitable investment products, and enhancing overall client satisfaction.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Sales & Growth
● Achieve assigned acquisition and retention targets for clients.
● Identify opportunities to expand wallet share while maintaining ethical and compliant practices.
Client Relationship Management:
● Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
● Engage with clients through calls, meetings, seminars, and digital channels.
● Address client queries and concerns in a timely, professional manner.
Provide Product Support:
● Provide information on various mutual fund schemes and other investment options offered by the company.
● Assist clients in completing necessary documentation for smooth onboarding, investing, and continued service (KYC, application forms, Aadhaar/PAN verification, etc) by liasoning with the operations team.
● Track and follow up on client investment requests.
Compliance & Regulatory Adherence:
● Ensure all client interactions and recommendations comply with SEBI and AMFI guidelines.
● Maintain accurate and secure records of client engagements.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
● Education: Bachelor’s degree in commerce, business, finance, or other related fields.
● Experience: 1–4 years in client servicing, sales, or mutual fund distribution support is preferred.
● Certification: AMFI certification (Mutual Fund Distributors/Representatives) and NISM are preferred (not necessary).
● Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency with CRM tools and digital communications.
